Megan Hall, well-known in the Northeast for not only training top young players, but developing new tennis programs, has been appointed director of tennis at the Club at Boca Pointe, according to Helen Karpel, general manager.
“We are delighted to have Megan join our Club. Last year, we had the opportunity to watch Megan work with our members and youngsters during the season. Everyone was very impressed with both her ability on the court and her enthusiasm.
“Her high energy added a new level of excitement to our tennis program. So, when the opportunity arose, it was an easy choice to bring her aboard full-time as director of tennis.”
Megan was one of the tennis professionals at the Spratley Tennis Academy in South Florida when she trained competitive, top-ranked international tennis players. She was also an assistant tennis professional at the Agawam Hunt Country Cub in Rumford, Rhode Island, as well as serving as heads coach for the girls and boys tennis teams at the Providence Country Day Private School.
Last year, Megan was ranked No. 3 in New England’s Women’s Single Open division and is a 5.0 NTRP ranked player.
