The new Sports and Fitness Complex at The Club at Boca Pointe is rounding the construction corner and will be ready for a grand opening before the end of the year, but that doesn’t mean you have to wait to get into shape!
It’s business as usual at the existing Athletics Center, where members are still taking advantage of a full slate of aerobic classes, cardio machines and free weights. The center also provides physical therapy and spa services.
As for aerobics classes, the October schedule is filled with so many options! What do you enjoy? How about Zumba, Spinning, Yoga, Kick Boxing, Pilates, or Body Sculpting? And, this is just the start of the class list. There are even classes in the pool – Aquasize and Deep Water Aquasize.

These classes offer more than a workout, they offer you a chance to meet new friends and establish workout buddies. The Athletics Center has a list of its aerobics classes with descriptions to help you pick the perfect workout for you!
Whether or not you prescribe to the “Let’s Get Moving” mentality, you can also visit the Athletics Center for other enjoyment. You may want to visit the steam room or take a dip in the pool. Or, perhaps you would prefer to sign-up for a relaxing facial, message, manicure or pedicure.
