On the day before his retirement, as he welcomes his final group of Americans to his office in The Jewish Documentation Center in Vienna, Simon Wiesenthal reminisces … Wiesenthal is a powerful, moving, and extremely entertaining play that recounts how Simon Wiesenthal, after escaping death at the hands of Hitler’s S.S., devoted his life to bringing 1,100 war criminals to justice. Saturday, March 29 – “Chess” at the Slow Burn Theatre in Boca
“Chess”, the musical, involves a romantic triangle between two top chess players, an American and a Russian, in a world chess championship, and a woman who manages one and falls in love with the other; all in the context of a Cold War struggle between the United States and the Soviet Union, during which both countries wanted to win international chess tournaments for propaganda purposes. Cost: $55 includes ticket and bus. Bus departs 7:15 p.m.

Sunday, March 30 – Dudu Fisher at the Kravis Center.
World-renowned Israeli cantor and Broadway star Dudu Fisher will entertain you with singing Hebrew, Yiddish and Broadway favorites.We were able to purchase wonderful seats in the lower orchestra at a reduced price for you. Tuesday, February 25, 2014. Lecture – Today’s FBI.
The FBI Miami CAAA Speaker’s Bureau consists of Alumni members that are skilled orators who have been exclusively trained to make presentations on behalf of the Federal Bureau of Investigation – Miami Division to local organizations, schools, neighborhood business associations etc. Program Director and Alumni Member, Dr. Alan Lieberman, in conjunction with Jeff Green, FBI-Miami Community Outreach Specialist, designed a powerful PowerPoint presentation that describes the FBI’s history, statistical information, infamous cases, and “did you know” facts. “This is a fascinating presentation!!” 7:30 p.m. in the Imperial Room.
