Spring time not only brings blooms to the flowers, but it gives Chef John, executive pastry chef for The Club at Boca Pointe, the opportunity to dig into his recipe book and prepare sweet delights for St. Patrick’s Day, Passover, Easter, Mother’s Day, and Memorial Day.
These festive occasions offer a short window of opportunity for Chef John and his staff, under the leadership of Executive Chef Terry Daniels, to “Wow” the members with delightful delicacies during this exciting holiday time, which occur just before many snowbirds and premier members head home.
